The O Shot. Finally, A Therapy To Enhance Women’s Sexual Experience
Traditionally, it’s been difficult to develop a truly effective method of returning sexual pleasure to women who suffer from the common sexual dysfunctions that can come with age, after childbirth or the effects of some surgeries. But since the development of the regenerative medicine field, a method for returning the joys and fulfillment of orgasm and sexual satisfaction to women has caught the attention of the medical community. And NSI Stem Cell Centers in Florida is delighted to be among the first advanced medical clinics in the U.S. to offer the O shot for women.
NSI is proud to add the O shot to our ever-growing list of safe, effective regenerative treatments such as stem cell therapy and platelet rich plasma (PRP) therapy. The O shot, or “orgasm shot,” requires no surgery or medications. The O shot is one of our PRP therapies. It holds no risk of rejection or complications because it is nonsurgical and sourced from the patient’s own blood. Enthusiastic O shot reviews are showing up everywhere.
How The O Shot Works
It’s a simple procedure that begins by drawing a sample of the patient’s blood. The blood is processed with a centrifuge which separates the blood into its individual elements. It is the blood platelets that are the basic healing mechanism in the O shot. This becomes serum plasma, which contains approximately 4 times the platelets of normal blood. Hence the name “platelet rich plasma” or PRP.
PRP is used in the treatment of many injuries, illnesses and chronic disorders.* It is often combined with stem cell therapy, depending on what condition is being treated. In the case of the O shot, PRP releases large quantities of growth factors that go directly into an area within the vagina known as the O spot, as well as the patient’s clitoral area. The PRP stimulates new cell growth in these regions, heightening sensitivity and enhancing libido and sexual arousal.*
Patients do need to be prepared for some discomfort during the procedure. But the discomfort occurs only during the injection. It may take more than one treatment to complete O shot therapy. How many treatments can vary according to patient response.
The O Shot In Treating Female Sexual Dysfunction
Female sexual dysfunction (FSD) is an umbrella term that, simply put, describes the inability of a woman to achieve orgasm. A number of situations from hormonal situation, to post-menopause, to childbirth, to the after effects of surgery, can be the root cause. Through studies, surveys and reports, it’s estimated that approximately 1 in 3 women have difficulty in reaching orgasm. If this is your first time hearing about it, that’s not surprising. Often, women are more reluctant to talk to their doctors about FSD than men are about erectile dysfunction. Solutions such as topical testosterone or medications are reported to be only marginally helpful, if at all.
Finding the female equivalent to the treatments available to men for erectile dysfunction has been a “holy grail” of sorts. Until the development of the O shot, truly effective treatment for FSD has been elusive. Early O shot reviews from women who have had the treatment are overwhelmingly positive. Some patients call it a “home run.”
Unlike a drug, the o shot is comprised of the patient’s own blood platelets. Once the PRP is produced, it is applied through injection to the vagina and clitoral region. The platelet rich plasma attracts the patient’s naturally-producing stem cells to the area of injection. There they multiply, generating fresh, healthy, functioning vaginal and clitoral tissues, and restoring and enhancing sexual arousal and orgasm. O shot reviews from women who also have weak bladders also report improvement with incontinence issues.*

What to Look for in a Stem Cell Medical Clinic
When searching for a qualified stem cell therapy center it’s important to remember that not all of them are created equal. Stem cells, when used properly, are your body’s most powerful means for healing that can repair everything from ligaments, tendons, and cartilage to organs including your liver, pancreas and lungs and even neurological tissue like your brain, nerves and spinal cord.
Unfortunately, the majority of so-called “regenerative medicine clinics” in the world aren’t trained in the latest, most technologically advanced procedures and will, therefore, provide poor results if any.
The good news is the National Stem Cell Institute (NSI) has established the most advanced stem cell and platelet rich plasma procedures on the planet which has drawn patients from all over the world as well as professional athletes and celebrities because they are recognized as the best in the world at stem cell therapy.
What makes NSI Stem Cell the top stem cell clinic in the world is demonstrated in 5 key areas:
1. Highly trained and experienced, board-certified doctors and team members who have performed stem cell procedures on thousands of patients with incredible results.
2. Cutting edge procedures utilizing all that regenerative medicine has to offer for many chronic degenerative conditions.
3. Leading scientific researchers who follow the advanced guidelines to maximize the healing potential of your stem cells and to maintain compliance and ethics
4. Use of only the most potent and viable resource of living, viable stem cells and harvested on the same day. No vial that you can purchase will contain living stem cells. If there is no harvest then there are no stem cells.
5. Post-operative guidance for supporting stem-cell growth including rehabilitation, diet and supplement protocols. NSI is a full-service healthcare center focused on patient outcomes. Stem cell therapy is only one tool used to help improve patients’ lives.
Patients have raved about their experience at NSI Stem Cell Clinics testifying that it was their unique cutting-edge procedures that helped them experience a breakthrough when nothing else worked.
