Cook covered, a minimum of 8 hours, and up to 48 hours as desired. Remove from the heat and allow the broth to cool, then pour through a strainer and set aside in the fridge to use in the soup.

Soup:

Cook your onions and carrots on medium heat in coconut oil until desired tenderness. Add the bone broth to the stock pot, place the onions and carrots in, and bring it to a boil. Using your slicer or zoodle maker, slice the zucchini. Once the carrots are tender, place the zoodles in and cook- time to cook will depend on the tenderness you want for the zucchini. Add the chopped chicken and garlic, and bring the entire mix back to a boil and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes and then serve.

Carbonara is well known in Italian cooking as it is an Italian staple in many delicious dishes. 3 large eggs

THE EXECUTION

  1. Take your deep sauté pan and melt your butter over medium heat.

    3. Add the minced garlic, lower heat to med-low and add the shiritaki noodles to the pan.
    4. Stir frequently to warm the noodles all the way through.
    5. While they are warming, in a separate bowl, combine the eggs and ¾ of the cheese.
    6. Once the noodles have been warmed thoroughly, put them in a separate bowl.
    7. Immediately add the egg/cheese mixture and stir- it should thicken into a creamy sauce.
    8. Serve immediately, and garnish and flavor as desired at the table and enjoy.

To make the bread, you’ll need these kitchen tools:

  • Electric hand mixer or manual whisk (according to preference)
  • Two bowls to hold yolks and egg whites
  • A blender or food processor
  • 1 to 2 medium to large mixing bowls (depending on if you prefer to wash and re-use one or use two)
  • An 8×4 loaf pan

The Low Carb Keto Bread Recipe

  • Prep Time: Approximately 10 minutes
  • Back Time: 30 minutes
  • Servings: 1 Loaf (20 slices)
  1. Pre heat your oven to 375˚F
  2. While the oven is heating, separate six eggs. Save the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.
  3. Combine the cream of tartar and egg whites.
  4. Using a hand mixer, starting whipping the eggs (you can also use a whisk, if preferred). When soft peaks form, stop whipping. Set aside.
  5. In the food processor or blender, add all remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed.
  6. Empty the blend into a mixing bowl, then gently fold in the whipped egg whites.
  7. Once fully combined and mixed, pour the dough into a greased 8×4 bread pan.
  8. Place the pan in the oven, bake for 30 minutes.
